Remote Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of our organization, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service, resolving complex issues, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat * Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Build strong relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication * Investigate and resolve billing and fraudulent activity concerns * Process account requests and provide guidance on product features and technical issues * Screen share to resolve technical issues as needed * Coordinate appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance * Research articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries * Properly document notes and summarize conversation details * Openly accept feedback, coaching, and training to further develop skills Essential Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly * Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely * Ability to solicit feedback openly and adjust accordingly * Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred but not required) Preferred Qualifications * Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer * Competitive hourly rate of $17.85/hour, with earning potential up to $18.74/hour * Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 38 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * 5 weeks of paid training to ensure your success * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the organization * Paid time off and paid holidays * Voluntary health and retirement benefits * Access to our "Perk bolthires" program, which offers discounts and rebates on goods and services from top brands * Education and learning discounts Work Environment * Work from home with a reliable internet connection * Access to a computer and other necessary equipment provided by arenaflex * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development What's Next?
