As a Customer Engineer, you will be focused on delivering proactive services, including education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance. You will train customers, share industry and development expertise, and be part of a thriving developer community that's constantly looking for ways to improve our customers' experience, software development goals, and use of technology.
Key Responsibilities Deliver proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments, and providing expert guidance Train customers and share industry and development expertise Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones Gain access to expertise and support from our consulting practice and product group Maintain and extend accreditations and certifications, assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness Demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, and gain trust and respect for arenaflex Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Entra ID External Identities, including: Entra ID Business to Consumer (B2C) Entra ID Business to Business (B2B) Entra ID for Customers Cross-Tenant Access Settings Cross-Tenant Access Synchronization Entra Connect Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Identity infrastructure (Entra ID), and Security In addition to technical expertise, you should possess a growth mindset, strong troubleshooting and problem-analysis skills, and excellent technical writing, presentation, and training skills.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: A strong technical background and experience with Entra ID and Identity Access Management solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills A growth mindset and a passion for learning and professional development Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud-based technologies, identity and access management solutions, and a strong understanding of security principles and best practices.

The salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $120,000 annually, depending on factors such as geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
