About the Role As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
Your success will be driven by your ability to lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and service. Key Responsibilities: * Engage directly with pharmacy customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues * Go above and beyond to wow our customers by thinking critically and providing solutions that meet their needs * Adhere to high safety and regulatory standards while interacting with customers * Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and support Essential
Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed * Ability to pass a background check for KY Rx Tech license Preferred
