Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, with the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day. Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. * 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on problem-solving and creativity. * Basic computer skills, including proficiency in bolthires Office and bolthires Suite. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Qualifications: * Experience working in a call center or retail environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
* Knowledge of the Lighting Industry and arenaflex products. * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. * Certification in customer service or a related field. * Fluency in multiple languages. Skills and Competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. * Basic computer skills, including proficiency in bolthires Office and bolthires Suite.
