You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, from processing transactions and resolving member inquiries to collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Key responsibilities As a Member Services Representative, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: * Completing data access and balancing tasks * Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/transactions assigned * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff transactions * Reviewing, examining, and approving

Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process wire transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member check returns on draft changes, processing member checks, verifying members for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees What you'll need for success To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or equivalent * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Strong customer service skills * Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members * Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams What you'll get As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Travel perks: With arenaflex, you'll have access to over 6,800 daily flights across our global network, so you can explore the world and bring your family and friends along for the ride.
