Key Responsibilities As an online airport customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers via online channels such as chat and email.
Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding promptly to passenger inquiries via online channels, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate information. * Assisting passengers with booking, reservations, and other service-related inquiries, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. * Providing information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements, ensuring that our customers have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. * Addressing and resolving customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure a coordinated and efficient customer experience, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
