About the Role As a Customer Service Representative - Remote, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, identifying their problems, and helping to resolve them. You will be working with customers to answer questions related to their phones, tablets, and computers, as well as registering customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date. Your goal will be to work towards set targets that will help you develop professionally and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications: Fluent in Danish (written and spoken) Reside in Denmark (you must work from your registered address in Denmark) High level of English proficiency Interest in technology and willingness to take on technical challenges Knowledge of what good customer service is and motivation to deliver it A dedicated workspace with a stable broadband connection Preferred
