About the Role In this full-time, remote position, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home in Florida, engaging with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, from shopping for their new pet to problem-solving when something doesn’t go as planned. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional support and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-bolthires as needed to ensure contact resolution. Operate with understanding, utilizing active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and team members alike. Collaborate with teammates, your direct manager, and other team members across various levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams to contribute to a customer-centric culture of collaboration.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, follow-bolthires, and resolutions, to ensure seamless communication and follow-through. Essential Qualifications 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the pet industry or a related field. Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to multi-task, navigate multiple systems, and perform well in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, rapid navigation through systems, and internet research to support customers. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be able to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, helpdesk ticketing systems, or other customer service platforms.
Knowledge of pet care, pet nutrition, or a related field, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the pet industry. Certifications or training in customer service, such as Customer Service Certification (CSC) or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR). Technical Requirements A dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions, with a reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/10 Mbps+ upload speed). A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam will be provided by arenaflex; you must have a cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify.
Ability to test and meet the technical requirements, including internet speed and equipment compatibility, prior to onboarding.
