In this role, you will work directly with veterans, union members, and their families, helping them secure life insurance and accidental benefit coverage that protects their financial future and legacy. Responsibilities Conduct virtual consultations to assess membersโ insurance needs Recommend supplemental life and accidental benefit options aligned with individual goals Guide members through the application and enrollment process with professionalism and care Provide ongoing support, including policy reviews, updates, and claims assistance Maintain compliance with all state regulations and company standards Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed Comfortable using technology and working in a remote environment Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a structured schedule Must be eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (assistance provided) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required Benefits Unlimited Earning Potential Warm Leads Provided No Startup Costs Performance-Based Incentives Union Membership & Stability Company Overview Globe Life is an insurance company.
