As a Member Service Representative, you will ensure that members feel supported and informed, providing accurate information and solving problems to enhance the member experience. Responsibilities Responding to members and providers via phone and email with accurate and timely information Assisting members with claims and coverage inquiries with professionalism and care Investigating complex inquiries to ensure responses are complete, accurate, and within SLA timelines Processing health and dental claims with accuracy and attention to detail Managing incoming inquiries from internal staff and sales offices Filing correspondence and claims to maintain thorough and organized records Supporting team quality by auditing your own claims and, when required, the work of team members Skills Completion of, or near completion of, a post-secondary education program Strong data-entry abilities with number-pad proficiency Proficiency with bolthires Office applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong listening abilities Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a repetitive, fast-paced workload Ability to remain composed and solution-focused during difficult or escalated calls Ability to process and audit claims with accuracy 1β2 years of experience in a call centre, medical office, or group benefits environment Training in business writing Fluency in French Benefits Flexible work options designed to support your life, not just your job.
