Job Description
O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an attorney with at least 1 year of litigation experience to join their Hermosa Beach office. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of civil litigation matters, including business/commercial litigation and professional liability, while engaging with sophisticated clients. Responsibilities 1+ years of experience in civil litigation (bonus if you have employment experience)
This role requires legal research, drafting of pleadings motions and other documents, taking and defending depositions, drafting and answering discovery requests, trial preparation and trial assistance
This position also requires the ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues in an effectively
This position will require some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions Admission to the state bar of California required Skills 1+ years of experience in civil litigation
