The role involves assisting clients with document preparation and privilege identification in construction dispute cases. Responsibilities Assist clients in locating and providing information and documents responsive to requests Prepare first drafts of answers and responses to discovery, including objecting where appropriate Identify documents and communications we need to assert are privileged, and complete privilege logs Skills Experience responding to discovery requests in a practice area where discovery requests are not standardized or form-driven Ability to assist clients in locating and providing information and documents responsive to requests Ability to prepare first drafts of answers and responses to discovery, including objecting where appropriate Ability to identify documents and communications that need to be asserted as privileged and complete privilege logs Experience with Florida Courts Experience with Construction Law Company Overview Recognized 3 Years in a Row on the Law Firm 500 List of Fastest Growing Law Firms in the U.S.
