The Onboarding Data Analyst will be responsible for validating and analyzing data for newly onboarded clients, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain data integrity and provide timely reporting. Responsibilities
Comprehensive understanding of PCS client platforms (Caissa, Private i, BOT): Navigate, interpret, and compare data across systems with a comprehensive understanding of their structures and functionalities Portfolio review and data validation: Conduct thorough reviews of newly onboarded client portfolios and validate financial data to ensure accuracy of core metrics such as TVPI and valuation, identifying and resolving discrepancies Client commitment analysis: Assess client linkages across relevant funds to ensure consistency and proper exposure.
Apply strong knowledge of fund structures to detect and correct errors. Responsible for ongoing maintenance of the Service Status and Transparency Status dashboards NAV reconciliations: Perform detailed NAV analyses, identify inconsistencies, and ensure data accuracy across platforms. Use analytical methodologies - including Commitment/Fund Size, Preferred bolthires, and Valuation Ratios - to validate outputs and strengthen reconciliation quality Investment tracking proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in methodologies for tracking investments, valuations, and proceeds, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and consistency across asset classes Cross-team communication: Collaborate with internal teams to obtain documentation, collect client information, and address topics related to client exposure and linkage.
Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure alignment and efficient issue resolution Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms daily to streamline data processing, analysis, and decision-making Continuously integrate emerging AI capabilities into workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve service delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can accelerate business outcomes and drive innovation Skills
