The B2B Collector role involves recovering debts for clients through effective communication and relationship management with debtors and third parties. Responsibilities Direct debt chasing via the telephone as well as liaison with 3rd party debt collectors, legal representatives and/or administrators/receivers via telephone and email Establishing and sustaining effective relationships with clients, debtors, and third-party stakeholders Managing a portfolio of debts, implementing the agreed processes and systems to achieve desired goals and results Skills A strong customer service background (this role would suit someone who has experience in other industries such as the service industry or retail) Experience in debt collection, preferably within the business to business environment is desirable but not essential Result-oriented with strong initiative and drive to succeed Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to organize workload and prioritize in order to achieve deadlines Works well with others Language skills: English (any other language is an asset) Benefits Competitive salary and commission scheme Opportunity for international business travel Full suite of benefits – healthcare, 401k PTO, sick time and 19 paid holidays Education assistance International movement programme (the opportunity for work for two weeks in another office location worldwide) Employee discounts Hybrid working (2 days homeworking a week) Company Overview Atradius Collections is a credit management operation company.
