Responsibilities Performing reconciliations Monitoring trades Supervising cash management Assisting with new fund launches Managing databases Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders Introducing effective solutions Automating systems Streamlining workflows Keeping operational policies and procedures current Skills Bachelor's degree with solid academic track record 1 - 2 years of capital markets industry experience with a background in Fund Middle Office or Fund Operations preferred Experience working in asset management, ILS, or investment banking Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Fluency in Python and SQL recommended Experience in analyzing and interpreting large data sets Self-starter with a strong work ethic Excellent organizational skills Strong communication skills Detail-oriented Ability to navigate ambiguity and multi-task Company Overview Swiss Re Group is a wholesale provider of reinsurance, insurance, and other insurance-based forms of risk transfer.
