Sirva is a leading global relocation management and moving services company, and they are seeking a Moving Operations Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for relocation. The role involves managing customer service, ensuring compliance within the agent network, and providing recommendations to enhance quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Customer Service (both internal and external) Manage escalations Perform system audits to ensure agent network compliance Manage bolthires controls and approvals of exceptions and 3rd party costs Acts as the main point of contact for SIRVA Relocation and the agent network before, during, and after each relocation Work with other members of the team to ensure the best experience for our customers Works with IT on system enhancements Document all interaction with agents and Relocation Skills Associate's degree or business diploma required (or equivalent experience) Exceptional customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication skills Self-motivated Domestic Household Goods background preferred Benefits
