The Sales Quality Assurance Representative will support the Small Market Retirement Plan Services sales teams, focusing on obtaining necessary licenses and providing sales support and relationship management to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Supporting internal wholesalers for client prospecting using Judy Diamond/Brightscope Fielding inbound broker/ dealer calls and answers questions on retirement products Generating retirement proposals for internal wholesalers and completing New Business Paperwork using DocuSign Developing and maintaining an understanding of the Retirement Plan products, services, and operational structure to enhance ability to identify and bolthires sales growth opportunities Providing product and illustration sales support on Lincoln’s products & services (including sales support tools, marketing ideas, etc.) to assigned Advisors, Registered Representatives, Brokers and/or Plan Sponsor/Participants Developing relationships with internal stakeholders including External Wholesalers, Product Manufacturing, Implementation, Licensing, and Customer Service to make sure that business standards and expectations are met Building and maintaining business relationships through effective communication via email, phone and in person with internal/external stakeholders in a customer centric and professional demeanor Identifying, recommending, and championing process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality Skills Exceptional communication and relationship management skills FINRA SIE License - must obtain within 120 Days FINRA Series 6 License – must obtain within 120 Days FINRA Series 63 License - must obtain within 120 Days (if required by State) Resident Life & Health insurance licenses - must obtain within 120 Days Sales or Customer Service experience within the Financial Services Industry Product knowledge Benefits Clearly defined career tracks and job levels, along with associated behaviors for each of Lincoln's core values and leadership attributes Leadership development and virtual training opportunities PTO/parental leave Competitive 401K and employee benefits Free financial counseling, health coaching and employee assistance program Tuition assistance program Work arrangements that work for you Effective productivity/technology tools and training Company Overview Lincoln Financial (NYSE: LNC) helps people to confidently plan for their version of a successful future.
