The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemoteHunter is seeking full-time Collections Representatives to join a growing collections team focused on medical collections. The role involves contacting consumers with past due balances to assist them in resolving outstanding debts respectfully and professionally. Responsibilities Contact consumers with past due balances to negotiate payment arrangements Assist consumers in resolving outstanding debt with dignity and respect Maintain reliability and adherence to a set schedule Engage with multiple consumers daily while demonstrating active listening and empathy Transition to new financial services collections as the program expands Skills Experience working with customers to resolve challenging situations
