We are a growing start-up company looking for a College Student - Social Media Marketer to join our community. As a College Student - Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to help our community, including researching, sharing, and mentoring other college students to succeed with their Side Hustles, including Social Media Marketing and Influencer Marketing.Our community encompasses content creators, freelancers, independent workers, gig workers, resellers & thrifters, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and small business owners. You will join a community focused on side hustles, including:
ΓΒ Content Creator ΓΒ YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram
ΓΒ Reselling and Thrifting ΓΒ including eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Poshmark, and others
ΓΒ E-Commerce ΓΒ including Amazon, Shopify, and your own online store
ΓΒ Gig Economy ΓΒ like DoorDash, Uber, or Lyft
ΓΒ Freelancing and Consulting ΓΒ social media marketing, graphic design, and more
ΓΒ Online Business ΓΒ including blogging, podcasting, and online courses
ΓΒ Local Services ΓΒ including cleaning, knife sharpening, notary services, pet waste removal, and more
ΓΒ Self-Publishing ΓΒ including Kindle Direct Publishing and Canva
Responsibilities
ΓΒ Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to side hustlers
ΓΒ Help side hustlers develop their side hustle ideas
ΓΒ Set goals and track progress with side hustlers
ΓΒ Provide support and motivation to side hustlers
ΓΒ Share knowledge and resources with side hustlers
ΓΒ Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in side hustles
ΓΒ Build relationships with side hustlers and other mentors
Requirements
ΓΒ You are aware of the trends in future of work, personal finance, and entrepreneurship
ΓΒ Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
ΓΒ Expert at using generative AI to plus-up your work
ΓΒ High level of initiative and positive approach
ΓΒ Strong communication skills
ΓΒ Comfortable with using social media and other digital tools
ΓΒ A willingness to share know-how through video, livestreaming, and text content
ΓΒ Passion for innovation and entrepreneurship
