As specialists in environmental inspection and testing services, we pride ourselves on delivering industry-leading service. To keep up with demand, we are hiring an additional Coordinator to manage client and vendor interactions, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and top-tier communication.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where new jobs come in constantly. We need someone who is personable, quick on their feet, and an excellent communicator.
Location: Remote
- Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $28 β $35 per hour (depending on experience and location)
- Weekly Hours: ~40 hours/week
- Schedule:
- TuesdayβFriday: 9AM β 6PM PST
- Saturday: 8 AM β 5 PM PST
- On-Call: Every other week from 6PM β 10 PM PT (light text-based coverage only)

Required Experience
β Industry Knowledge: Experience in the restoration industry is required.
β Operations/Coordination Background: Scheduling, vendor coordination, or operations experience is required.
β Technical Proficiency: Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors
- Coordinate inspections and manage scheduling
- Ensure clear and timely communication across all parties
- Maintain accurate client/job data in our system
- Respond to inquiries and provide excellent service
- Spot process improvements and implement efficiency gains
