About the Role:
As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing leadership in change management through project management disciplines
- Advocating for continuous process improvement and cultivating communications with all departments and team members
- Overseeing on-site implementation efforts, creating and maintaining project schedules, and ensuring the success of each project
- Guiding project meetings with internal and external customers, and providing weekly updates to the team and management

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- At least 1 year of experience managing projects in an IT organization
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management disciplines, methodologies, and life cycle
Nice to Have:
While not essential, the following skills and certifications would be advantageous:
- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and experience
- PMP certification
- IT Infrastructure knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
