We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Assistant Learning Coach (Teacher) and Student Aide to work with students in grades 3rd-8th. As a KaiPod Learning Coach, you will have the opportunity to create a safe and engaging learning environment, support students with their academics, and build strong relationships with families.

Responsibilities
- Lead and create a positive student culture, supporting students with their academics and social-emotional needs
- Develop strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Provide personalized coaching and support to students, including goal setting, check-ins, and individualized instruction
- Create opportunities for socialization and community building
- Support students with executive functioning skills, such as time management and organization
- Collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure student success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of teaching experience (preferred)
- Experience working with neurodiverse students and/or other experience working with young people (e.g., coaching, tutoring)
- Familiarity with state learning standards and ability to support students with core content areas (ELA, math, science, and social studies)
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple learning platforms and curricula
Schedule and Compensation
- 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility to work in-person and remotely
- Competitive salary: $35.00 per hour
