Job Summary GOAT Soccer Academy is hiring an Admin & Scheduling Coordinator to help run the day-to-day systems behind a fast-growing youth soccer training business. This role is process-driven, not creative. You will follow established SOPs to manage scheduling, customer messages, and operational tasks with accuracy and consistency. If you like clear rules, checklists, and executing systems exactly as written — this role is a great fit. What You’ll Do • Manage scheduling and session changes using our internal scheduling system • Handle parent messages using pre-written templates and SOPs • Apply rules consistently (no improvising or guessing) • Escalate edge cases when rules are unclear • Update internal logs and trackers accurately • Support daily operations to keep sessions running smoothly What

Requirements • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable following SOPs exactly as written • Clear written communication (English) • Reliable internet and availability during U.S. hours • Experience with scheduling tools, admin work, or operations preferred • Ability to ask questions and escalate when unsure (instead of guessing) Training & Onboarding • Structured onboarding with SOPs and templates • Shadowing → reverse shadowing → independent execution • Ongoing feedback as systems improve Schedule & Pay • Part-time, remote • $10–$15/hour, based on experience • Opportunity to grow responsibilities as systems scale In your application, briefly answer: • Have you worked in a SOP-driven or rules-based role before?
