Australian Mortgage Loan Processing VA (Part-Time, Remote) ⏱️ 15 hours per week
Remote Work Must work within Australian business hours We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support an Australian mortgage broker with day-to-day loan processing and admin tasks. This is a part-time remote role (15 hours/week) that requires availability during Australian business hours. If you have strong admin skills, excellent English, and experience in mortgage processing or finance, this role is perfect for you.
✨ Responsibilities Assist in preparing and managing home loan applications Collect, organise, and verify client documents Communicate with clients via email or phone to follow up on requirements Update lender portals and track application status Maintain CRM and keep client files accurate and up to date Conduct basic research on lenders, rates, and product comparisons Manage calendars, appointments, and email correspondence Provide general admin support to ensure smooth daily workflow Requirements Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative support role Experience in Australian mortgage, finance, banking, or loan processing is highly preferred Experience in loan processing specific CRMs Strong communication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Tech-savvy: able to use bolthires Workspace, CRMs, and lender platforms Must be able to work consistently within Australian business hours Schedule &
