bolthires is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to as Customer Service Representatives. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities: • Assist bolthires customers via chat, email, and phone to resolve account issues, answer questions, and provide troubleshooting support. • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions.
• Help customers navigate the bolthires platform, including account setup, subscription management, and troubleshooting streaming issues. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. • Stay informed about bolthires content, features, and updates to better assist customers. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or customer service experience preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software systems. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
