Overview
A Minnesota-based estate planning law firm focused on helping families protect their assets, avoid probate, and create long-term clarity for their loved ones.
We are seeking a high-level Client Intake & Qualification Specialist to join our remote team.
This is not a basic appointment setting role.
You will be responsible for speaking with prospective clients, understanding their situation, explaining our process, and ensuring they are fully prepared before meeting with the attorney.
Your role is to ensure that every client who reaches the attorney is qualified, informed, and ready to move forward.
- What Youβll Do
- Conduct phone and Zoom calls with prospective clients
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand each clientβs situation and goals
- Clearly explain our estate planning process in a simple, approachable way
- Set expectations around pricing and next steps
- Ensure clients complete intake forms fully before their meeting
- Follow up with prospective clients to move them forward in the process
- Confirm appointments and minimize no-shows
- Maintain organized notes and communication throughout
- What You Will NOT Do
- Provide legal advice
- Draft legal documents
- Make legal recommendations
Your role is to guide the process and prepare the client - not replace the attorney.

- Requirements
- 2+ years in a client-facing role (sales, intake, consulting, or similar)
- Strong phone and Zoom presence
- Ability to build trust quickly and guide conversations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
- Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience in legal intake, estate planning, or financial services
- Experience working with high-value services ($2,000+)
- Familiarity with trust-based planning concepts
Compensation
This role includes a base hourly rate plus performance-based compensation tied to client readiness and successful onboarding.
Top performers who consistently prepare and qualify the right clients can earn significant income in this role.
- Schedule
- Flexible, with required overlap during standard U.S. business hours
- Approximately 25β35 hours per week

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
