Client Solutions Coordinator (Part Time, Remote)
Kyuka Solutions is seeking a Client Solutions Coordinator who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and newly onboarded clients. This role is responsible for conducting discovery calls, explaining our service process, and guiding clients through the initial onboarding experience.
The ideal candidate is confident communicating with business owners, organized in managing client interactions, and capable of representing the company professionally during early client touchpoints.
This is a remote, part time position requiring approximately two hours per day.
- Key Responsibilities
- Client Discovery and Initial Engagement
- Conduct scheduled discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their business needs and requirements. Provide a clear overview of our services, process, and engagement model.
- Client Onboarding Coordination
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process after service engagement. Ensure all required information, documents, and onboarding steps are completed accurately.Explain the company workflow, implementation timelines, and expectations to ensure clients understand how projects will move forward.Respond to client inquiries via email, messaging platforms, or scheduled calls. Maintain professional and timely communication at all times.Record discovery notes, client details, and onboarding progress within the CRM system. Ensure client records and communications are documented properly.Coordinate with internal team members when additional information or technical clarification is required for clients.

- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience conducting discovery calls or client consultations

- Comfortable working in a remote environment

- Experience working with software, consulting, or service based companies
- Experience using tools such as CRM platforms, scheduling tools, or project management systems
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
