The Elite Job, we are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Content Moderators to join our dynamic team. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that user-generated content on our social media app is safe, compliant, and aligned with community guidelines. Your work will directly contribute to creating a positive, respectful, and engaging online environment for millions of users worldwide. Key Responsibilities • * Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, and other media) in line with internal policies and community guidelines.
• * Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or abusive content in a timely manner. • * Report emerging trends, potential risks, and policy gaps to the moderation leadership team. • * Maintain a high level of accuracy, speed, and consistency in decision-making. • * Provide constructive feedback to improve content standards and moderation processes. • * Collaborate with internal teams (Policy, Safety, Customer Support) to uphold platform integrity. • * Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation tools and workflows.
• Required Skills and Qualifications • * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). • * Ability to remain objective, calm, and professional when handling sensitive content. • * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • * Proficiency in using digital platforms, online communities, and social media tools. • * Strong ethical judgment with the ability to apply company guidelines consistently. • Experience • * Previous experience in content moderation, community management, trust & safety, or customer support is highly desirable.
• * Familiarity with social media platforms and online community dynamics is an advantage. • * Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are also encouraged to apply. • Working Hours • * Flexible shifts available (day, evening, night, and weekend coverage may be required). • * Full-time positions with structured schedules. • * Overtime opportunities may be available during peak demand. • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • * Awareness of cultural sensitivities and ability to handle diverse user content.
