I’m opening up a partnership opportunity for someone to operate on the disposition side of multifamily value-add deals across the Southeast United States.
This is a performance-based partnership for someone who can communicate effectively, stay consistent, and build real relationships with investors over time.
You will be operating within the U.S. real estate market, working directly with U.S.-based investors, brokers, and operators.
My name is Tre. I’ve been in real estate for the past 7 years, closing 120+ transactions across primarily single family, with a few commercial and multifamily deals mixed in.
The majority of that time has been spent in acquisitions—sourcing deals, underwriting them, and figuring out how to get them across the table.
Most importantly, it’s given me a clear understanding of what makes a deal move—and what makes it sit.
I recently came to the realization that the strongest opportunities—the ones with real spread and more sophisticated buyers—are in larger multifamily and commercial deals.
That is where I am now focused.
Position Overview:
You will be responsible for managing the disposition process—building relationships with buyers, understanding their acquisition criteria, and executing on opportunities as they come in.
This role involves daily outreach and direct communication with investors via calls, text, and email.
- Responsibilities:
- 50+ buyer calls/messages per day
- Build and maintain investor relationships
- Track and understand buying criteria
- Present and position deals effectively
- Follow up consistently until execution
- I handle:
- Deal sourcing and acquisitions
- Underwriting
- Contract structuring
- Full execution from contract to close
This does not require deep expertise in multifamily. However, a baseline understanding of real estate is beneficial.
What it does require is consistency, communication, discipline, and the ability to execute daily.
Structure:
60/40 partnership split (you keep 40%), with a clear path to 50/50 based on performance.
This opportunity is fully remote.
Pay: $10,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
