The role involves leading and motivating crew members, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving operational excellence to create a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Inspire and coach crew members, playing a pivotal role in their development and the store's success Lead by example in delivering top-tier guest service, setting the standard for your team Drive operational standards and efficiency, ensuring each guest leaves happier Manage team dynamics effectively, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment Enhance your skills with our comprehensive training programs, including ServSafe certification Guide crew members through their shifts, clearly communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and acknowledging their achievements Utilize team members optimally throughout the shift to meet guest needs and maintain service standards Assist in training crew members, in line with directives from the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager Set clear goals and hold team members accountable during your shift Uphold our commitment to guest service, fostering a sense of urgency to meet needs and resolve any issues Ensure that quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met Oversee the execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives to effectively manage labor and food costs Ensure adherence to all policies regarding cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant security Other duties as assigned Skills Must be at least 18 years of age and fluent in English Ability to pass a background check and drug test Strong communicators with effective math and writing skills Energetic leaders who can inspire teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences Flexibility to work various shifts as required Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles is preferred Benefits Weekly Pay Receive regular paychecks every week, adding stability and ease to your financial planning.
