Key Responsibilities As a remote data entry and analysis specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets related to crew resources, flight schedules, and crew assignments. Your primary objective will be to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to optimize crew resource management.
You will work closely with the crew resources team to forecast crew requirements, develop crew planning strategies, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations. Your key responsibilities will include: Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement Generating regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into crew-related metrics and performance Collaborating with crew resources agencies to forecast crew requirements and develop crew planning strategies Assisting in the development of crew planning strategies and optimization models Managing and maintaining databases and datasets related to crew resources Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency for effective analysis Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for crew resource management Monitoring and evaluating crew-related metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Experience with SQL or database querying tools, including ETL and data modeling Proficient in any scripting programming language (Python, Bash, PowerShell) Knowledge of process improvement methodologies Strong computer skills with substantial experience in Excel, including VBA Outside-the-box thinking and problem-solving skills Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills Robust verbal and written communication skills at all levels Ability to work effectively in teams Must be currently enrolled full-time in a degree-granting college or university Highly preferred: curiosity, sense of humor, willingness to try new ideas, and persistence in the face of adversity In addition to these essential qualifications, you will need to possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency, and be at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States.
