About the position Are you a self-managed Executive Assistant who thrives on staying one step ahead while supporting a dynamic team and Director? This remote role reports directly to the Director of an established software company in the UK. They are seeking a confident, pro-active professional to assist with CRM management, scheduling client meetings, preparing invoices, and general administrative support. Work hours: 09:00 – 16:30 UK time, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities • Diary management for the Director across different time zones • Maintain CRM system and record accuracy • Manage emails and attend to client enquiries • Manage invoicing, payment tracking and reporting • Prepare documents, reports and maintain digital filing systems • Schedule training at clients for internal training team • Follow up on training schedules Requirements • Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous • Exceptional written and verbal English skills • Proactive and forward-thinking: take initiative, anticipate challenges, and find smart solutions • Tech-savvy and adaptable while embracing new tools, automation, and AI to improve efficiency • Highly organised and detail-oriented, thriving in structured, process-driven environments • Calm under pressure • Deliver outstanding support, aligned with company's high standards • Collaborate seamlessly and support the wider team in achieving shared goals Nice-to-haves • relevant qualifications advantageous
