About the position
- Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate with internal and external partners.
- Arrange domestic and international travel.
- Track and prioritize critical projects and business activities.
- Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events.
- Organize meetings and calls with business partners.
- Process expense reports in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with office tasks like catering, room booking, and general queries.
- Maintain updated distribution lists.
- Handle multiple priorities in an evolving environment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-level Executive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Apps, Concur, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Dependability, punctuality, and responsiveness to feedback.
- Independent, proactive, and initiative-taking.
- Professional decision-making based on role knowledge.
- Accuracy and thoroughness in work, ensuring quality.
- Effective multitasking capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork when needed; high degree of tact.
- Benefits
- Base hourly pay range for this position is $40-$55 per hour.
