Key Responsibilities As an Accounting/Data Entry Clerk at Flexoraq, your responsibilities will include: Accurately input and update client and booking information into our CRM and booking systems, ensuring all data entries are complete, consistent, and adhere to company standards. Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and integrity, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences and requirements, providing personalized recommendations and advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring that all client interactions are resolved efficiently and effectively. Make reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel services based on client preferences, coordinating itineraries and ensuring all bookings align with client schedules and budgetary considerations. Confirm bookings and send detailed itineraries to clients, ensuring that all travel arrangements are accurately documented and communicated. Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and safety information for various destinations, offering insights and suggestions for travel experiences that match client interests. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions using our CRM system, processing payments and handling invoicing as needed. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven experience in a similar customer service role or within the travel industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of client needs and expectations. Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English, with additional languages being a significant plus. Proficiency in using booking platforms and CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in data entry or accounting, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Familiarity with the travel industry, including knowledge of destinations, accommodations, and travel services.
