Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to at arenaflex. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in coordinating and implementing various projects and initiatives within our organization. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and implement projects and initiatives within the organization, ensuring timely and effective completion of tasks and objectives. Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry, document management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and clients, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions, identify trends, and optimize processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies, plans, and objectives that align with the organization's goals and vision. Provide guidance and support to team members, including training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success and growth. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure effective resource allocation and financial management. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: A bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in a related field, or a high school diploma/GED and at least 9 years of experience in a related field. At least 2 years of experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and budgets. Experience identifying and resolving operational issues, and implementing solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership. Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: A bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. A graduate degree/MBA. Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.). Experience with system administration (e.g., Experts, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, etc.).
Experience using business intelligence tools to support data analysis (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, etc.). Certification as a Salesforce administrator or developer. Experience in training, mentoring, and coaching less senior colleagues. Experience developing and implementing financial models to support complex business initiatives. Experience communicating with senior leadership and client organizations. Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve specific project objectives and goals).
