Job Summary As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and customers.

You will work under direct management, handling high-volume customer calls, and performing data entry tasks using arenaflex's pharmacy systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure that patient and medication data is accurately entered into our systems, while also providing top-notch customer service and support. Key Responsibilities * Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments by entering information into a suitable system. * Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling.

* Investigate to obtain missing solution data, and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes). * Settle all data entry-related exceptions. * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. * Settle Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities. * Settle on phone decisions to safety net providers and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs.
