Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Clinical Administrator to in a full-time, remote position. As a Clinical Administrator, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing clinical strategies that improve patient outcomes and drive business growth.
You'll work closely with our clinical teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement clinical strategies that improve patient outcomes and drive business growth * Collaborate with clinical teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders * Act as a subject matter expert and coach to the team on practice guidelines, quality of care, and issue resolution * Ensure the execution and monitoring of best practice approaches and developments to better address the needs of our patients across the continuum of care * May serve as a liaison with other key business areas * May create/aid in the development and audit of new training content * May participate/conduct internal and intra-departmental training courses * Safeguard the privacy of patient data and adhere to organization policies regarding confidentiality * Oversee assets responsible for identification of individuals, development and execution of care plans, enhancement of clinical appropriateness and quality of care, and monitoring, assessing, and recording of care * Assess and interpret data, identify areas for improvement, and focus on interventions to improve outcomes * Develop, implement, assess, monitor, and communicate performance expectations * Ensure the team's understanding and utilization of data system capabilities and functionality * Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for staff with clearly defined requirements regarding education, experience, technical, and performance abilities * Evaluate developmental needs and work with others to identify and implement action plans that support the development of high-performing teams * Establish a climate and work style that promotes the concept of collaboration, cross-functional integration, and continuum of care that results in strong performance * Consistently demonstrate the ability to act as a model change agent and lead change efforts * Establish a positive work environment by recognizing team contributions, soliciting feedback, and offering individual support when needed * Responsible for maintaining compliance with policies and procedures and executing them at the representative level * Discuss directly with Suppliers, Individuals, Staff, and other Leaders (e.g., may offer support to sales staff and organization staff through on-site client visits as well as presentations) Required Capabilities * 3+ years of experience in a clinical subject matter * Active and unrestricted RN or LCSW licensure in the state of California * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Preferred Capabilities * Managed government healthcare insight * Certainty working at home/free setup, utilizing tools to practically collaborate and interface with teams * Training and Certification Requirements * Graduate degree in social health field; or Enrolled Nurse (BSN preferred)
Compensation and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $70-$80 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
