  • *Daily Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our members and providers. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving routine service inquiries from members or providers, such as:
  • + Claims processing+ Member benefit education+ Contracting and credentialing requests+ Eligibility inquiries+ Transportation arrangements
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and State requirements/regulations
  • Researching, following up, and resolving all open/pending issues in a timely manner
  • Building and strengthening member or provider relationships through quality customer service
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
  • *Shift and Location**
  • Shift: Monday – Friday, shifts scheduled between 7am - 8pm
  • Location: Fully Remote (must reside in Ohio)
  • *Required Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 1+ year of call center OR healthcare experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, experience in a managed care organization would be a valuable asset.
