About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge and Chat
Professional to deliver exceptional support to our clients. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our card members, acting as a brand ambassador, and building strong relationships with our clients. Your role will be to create a personalized experience for our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to our card members upon arrival at the lounge Take ownership of the client's experience from start to finish, ensuring seamless and personalized service Develop creative solutions to resolve client issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and creating loyal advocates Utilize the Client's First philosophy to address client needs and expectations Provide concierge and lifestyle suggestions, travel advice, and minimal reservation assistance Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our card members Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1-year recent experience serving premium clients Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience A passion for delivering proactive solutions to clients Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and provide personalized service
The ability to listen to client needs, propose tailored solutions, and deliver high satisfaction with the service provided A professional and uplifting attitude in all interactions, with a strong commitment to exceptional customer experience Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience with technology platforms and the ability to adapt to new systems easily Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, with a flexible and resilient approach Strong technical skills, with the ability to use various technology platforms and systems
