Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Concierge Centurion Lounge Representative. This is a part-time remote opportunity that requires a minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers. Responsibilities Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, creating innovative solutions to customer issues and concerns. Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations that exceed their expectations. Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, accommodating the needs of Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners. Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced team environment, making quick and effective decisions in unanticipated situations. Utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease, adapting to an ever-changing environment and being resilient in the face of challenges. Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service at all times. Requirements Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and proactive solutions. Experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry, including reservation experience, is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction and listen to their needs with confidence. Professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to make quick and effective decisions in unanticipated situations, with a resourceful and capable approach to problem-solving. Ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease, with a strong understanding of the Internet and its applications in a customer environment. Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service at all times.
