Role: Customer Experience Representative
Our innovative solutions are constantly pushing the boundaries to impact the way people live, work, and play. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be at the heart of our customer service operations, delivering first-class customer service in every interaction.
In a fast-paced call center, you'll be solving customer issues and acting as a salesperson, product guru, billing expert, and more. You'll be the one on the front line to help us solve our customers' challenges—and deliver on our promise of superior customer service. Key Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and arenaflex products and services. Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services to enhance their experience.
Contacting customers by phone or in writing concerning past due payments and working with them to find a resolution. Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues in a fair and timely manner. Verifying service order accuracy and completeness and making corrections/changes, as needed, to ensure seamless service delivery. Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business to ensure our customers receive the support they need.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent required; a related Associate Degree or 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Customer Service call center experience is an asset, but not required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A positive, professional attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred
Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or the ability to quickly learn and understand our offerings.
Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Ability to work in a remote environment, with occasional in-person trainings and meetings. Career Growth Opportunities and Learning
