We're proud to be a certified B Corp, with a score of 125.5, and we're committed to maintaining the highest standards of social and environmental impact. **The Role** As a Freelance Customer Happiness Representative, you'll be a vital support for our core team members, ensuring our customers consistently receive top-notch care. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, including website/technical issues, orders, tracking, and subscriptions.
