About the Role As a Customer Operations Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing financial and non-financial activities for our active Deferred Annuity products, including withdrawals, transfers, and setting up repetitive payments. You will contact external customers and agents to obtain the necessary information to process the requested transactions, and you will be responsible for understanding federal and municipal tax regulations, differentiating between IRA and NQ accounts, and understanding how clients' different requests can affect them in terms of taxable events.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong level of attention to detail, having a strong commitment to customer service, and being process-oriented. Key Responsibilities Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems, preparing or keying checks and wires. Communicate with external customers and agents via telephone or written correspondence. Maintain a strong level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Who You Are To be successful in this role, you should have: Essential Qualifications Considerable knowledge of duties typically obtained through job-related training and experience in customer service or a related field.
Knowledge of specified computer applications, office practices, and procedures. Strong initiative and independent judgment within established procedural guidelines. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in customer operations or a related role. Knowledge of federal and municipal tax regulations, as well as experience with IRA and NQ accounts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Compensation
The hourly salary range for this role is $21.00-$31.96, plus eligibility for an annual bonus program. We also offer a range of benefits and perks to support your overall well-being and career growth.
