What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) As a Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer calls in a customer contact center setting, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries and concerns. * Researching and interpreting company procedures to assist pharmacy customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
* Collaborating with various departments to resolve customer concerns, working closely with colleagues to provide seamless and efficient service. * Processing incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, maintaining accurate records and following up on customer interactions as needed. * Upholding customer service goals of responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism, embodying the arenaflex values in every interaction. What's Required (Qualifications) To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. * Proficiency in bolthires Windows-based applications and MS Office, ensuring that you can navigate our systems and tools with ease. * Flexibility in work schedule and completion of paid training program, allowing you to adapt to our dynamic work environment and learn new skills. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) If you have: * Bilingual skills in Spanish, you'll be able to connect with a broader range of customers and provide more effective support.
* Prior inbound Call Center experience, you'll bring valuable knowledge and skills to the role, enabling you to hit the ground running. * Previous experience working from home, you'll be well-equipped to thrive in our remote work environment. * Prior retail or Pharmacy experience, you'll have a deep understanding of the industry and be able to provide expert guidance to customers.
