Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing respectful, friendly, and efficient checkout services to customers, including processing transactions, handling returns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Greeting customers and patients, offering assistance with products and services, and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience. * Modeling and promoting customer service best practices with colleagues, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to arenaflex's service standards. * Recommending products and services to customers, and suggesting alternative items or promotions to enhance their shopping experience. * Registering customer purchases, collecting cash, and processing returns, exchanges, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, rotating stock, and ensuring that all areas of the store are tidy and well-maintained. * Participating in visual merchandising, including setting up displays, maintaining signage, and ensuring that all visual elements are attractive and appealing to customers. * Assisting with the separation of food items, including raw and pre-cooked meats, and maintaining a clean and organized food area. * Providing customer assistance in the photo area, including digital photo printing, banner printing, and selling special photo products.
* Taking on web pick-up responsibilities, including screening orders, processing requests, and delivering orders to customers as they arrive at the store. * Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
