Our team members are the backbone of our organization, and we're excited to welcome talented individuals like you to join our family! **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Associate I, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations to ensure a seamless shopping experience * Managing sales transactions, operating assigned cash registers, and maintaining the security of cash and company assets * Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise, recovering merchandise, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement * Providing a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers, associates, and leaders * Participating in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent is preferred * Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred * Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required * Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting * Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required * Strong organizational and communication skills are required * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment * Knowledge of retail operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising * Experience with point-of-sale systems and other retail technology * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills and careers.
