Job Summary As a Customer Service Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, facilitating transactions, and promoting diverse products and services. You'll work closely with our dynamic ConnectWave Teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while also seizing opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Facilitate transactions and promote products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience * Collaborate with our ConnectWave Teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, using this knowledge to inform customer interactions and drive business growth * Work closely with our training team to develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and technical expertise * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores We Offer * Full-time hours that enable you to take time off for the things that are important to you.
