Position Overview As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. You will work closely with our program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.

This is a remote opportunity, and you will be required to maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline. * Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt. * Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.

* Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements. * Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services. * Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc. * Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed. * Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.

* Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities. * Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role. * Perform related work as required. Required Qualifications and Skills * Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. * Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes. * Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education.

* Bilingual in Spanish preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Proficiency in bolthires Office and bolthires Suite. * Experience with database management and data entry software. Preferred Qualifications and Skills * Experience working with diverse populations, including low-income families and individuals. * Knowledge of energy assistance programs and services. * Experience with Monday.com and other database management systems.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
