In this fully remote role, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support throughout their construction projects. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance via phone, email, and chat. * Address customer questions and concerns regarding construction projects, timelines, budgets, and other related inquiries, ensuring accurate and satisfactory resolutions.

* Coordinate communication between clients and project teams, facilitating clear and timely information exchange to address client needs and inquiries. * Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and communications in the company's CRM system. * Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to address customer concerns and provide support as needed. * Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and file management, to support the efficient operation of the customer service department.

* Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards when handling sensitive client information and documents. * Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in customer service.
