Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: * Handling and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner * Providing exceptional customer service through active listening and empathy * Working with confidential customer information and treating it with sensitivity * Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful * Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues to improve our services * Upselling when required to meet customer needs Qualifications We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients' customers.
To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment * 6 months of customer service experience (preferred) * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * Logical problem-solving skills * Ability to navigate Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills Work from Home Requirements To ensure your success in this role, we require: * Internet Connection Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace Be Part of
